We hope you will love everything you purchase from pracowniamayflower.com but If you are unhappy with your purchase we accept returns for items within 14 days of delivery date. Please contact us at pracowniamayflower@gmail.com to notify us. Before taking the steps please read the return policy carefully:

• Returned item(s) must be in their original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Please attach RETURN FORM included order number, your name and reason of return.
• Please note, we do not cover return postage costs. The parcel is your responsibility until received by us. We recommend registered post. Please keep proof of postage.
• No refunds will be made until the returned items are received. The original method payment will be reimbursed within 14 days.

We do not accept returns if the item you purchased is personalized – wedding invitations or wedding vows. I highly recommend to get sample before you decide to order large amounts.
